This system gives you a 45 amp controller and steps up to a larger wire harness. This means you can regulate up to 800 watts of solar panels and use the full potential of the TriStar 45 MPPT controller.
The included Solar Volt Sense Harness allows the TriStar 45 controller to measure actual battery voltage at the batteries through its own pair of wires. The combination of the volt sense harness with the 4 & 2 ga. system wire harness means more power, higher efficiency and more accurate regulation and reporting.

System Overview. You will see that you will need to add
Solar Panels (with mounts and roof wire harness) and a
Combiner Box. You may also want to add Tilt Bars for increased output in winter and a tube or two of DiCor sealant to seal the roof where the mounts and combiner box are placed.
